On the first floor, you’ll find a king suite, a cozy living room, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals together. The second floor features two bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, as well as a shared bathroom and a dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer—providing all the comfort and practicality needed for a stress-free stay. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances. Guest access Entire house and club access. Located in Kissimmee, Lucaya Village is close to Disney parks and Orlando's main attractions, providing easy access to everything the area has to offer. The gated community has self-parking and several leisure options. All houses have access to the Clubhouse that offers the following services: • Basketball court • Playroom with video game • Barbecue areas (additional cost) • Copy and print (additional cost) • Fitness center • Internet space with computers • Brazilian style bakery, cafe and mini market • Heated pool and Jacuzzi • Receiving orders and correspondence (inquire the clubhouse about rules and costs) • Concierge services (car rental, transportation and sales of tickets and simcard) Please note: The clubhouse and resort amenities may be temporarily closed due to severe weather, heavy rain, unexpected maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such closures may occur without prior notice and are managed by the resort administration. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before your arrival, you will receive a voucher with all check-in instructions via the Airbnb inbox. SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide a set of complimentary starter amenities for your convenience upon arrival. These are intended to help you settle in comfortably, and you are only required to purchase additional items if you need more during your stay, there is no need to replace or replenish any items provided.
