The second floor features two bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, as well as a shared bathroom and a dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer—providing all the comfort and practicality needed for a stress-free stay. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances. Guest access Entire house and club access. The gated community has self-parking and several leisure options. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests. SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over.
