Bedroom Layout: Primary Suite: King bed, large en suite bathroom, located upstairs Second King: Also upstairs, this King bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well Queen Suite: Located on the main floor, en suite bathroom Guest Room: Queen bed upstairs Guest House: Private suite with queen bed, plus 3 bunks for kids (kids only please in the bunks), the apartment is detached from the main house, over the garage. Please note, the garage itself is not for guest use. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and guest house. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note There are security cameras covering the full exterior of the home. This includes the front and backyard. There are no security cameras on the inside of the home. No pets. Minimum age to book is 25. ID is required. No parties or events. No smoking/vaping inside or outside the home. ***Please note we require all guests to submit a valid form of ID through our check in form prior to check in. If you do not submit the ID we will not be able to send you check in instructions.***
