You will have exclusive use of the apartment -there are 2 apartment units in the home. The Neighborhood: You’re in a quiet spot by Bottle Creek Lagoon, just 5 minutes from groceries and the beach. The area is perfect for water lovers—whether it’s fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkelling, scuba diving, boat tours, or kiteboarding. North and Middle Caicos offer vast, unspoiled coastlines, dramatic ocean cliffs, and hidden caves to explore. Unlike the busier Providenciales and Grand Turk, here you’ll often find miles of pristine beach with hardly anyone around. Don’t miss the stunning sunsets or the spectacular Atlantic sunrise. It’s the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Getting Around: Island Access: North Caicos requires a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride from Providenciales (runs 7:30am-4:30pm daily). You cannot drive directly from the airport - the ferry is your gateway to the island! Book your ferry after confirming your international flight arrival. Local Transportation: We highly recommend renting a car to fully explore the island's gorgeous beaches and hidden gems. The property is conveniently located just 3 miles from North Caicos Airport, and we provide free parking for one vehicle on-site - perfect for your island adventures! Other Things to Note: Important: You cannot drive directly from the airport to the property — you must take a ferry. Bottle Creek is slightly off the beaten path, near a peaceful national park. We recommend renting a car to explore the island. North Caicos is about 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible via a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride, which runs daily from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. There are no commercial flights to North Caicos airport, so after arriving on your international flight to Providenciales, be sure to book your ferry reservation accordingly. Check-In Experience: No self check-in. Your in-person meet-and-greet awaits! Please notify us of your arrival time 24 hours in advance, and we'll be ready to welcome you and handle your check-in. What to Expect: Water Supply: As with many Caribbean islands, water pressure may vary during peak usage times. We appreciate your understanding as the island manages sustainable water resources. Booking Requirements: Upon confirmation, you'll receive a simple rental agreement. For some booking platforms (not ABB) a temporary security deposit hold is required and released after departure when terms are met. House Guidelines: Age Requirement: Primary booker must be 21+ Quiet hours after 10 pm No parties or events No more guests than those on your reservation Smoke-Free Property: Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.
