This 1 bedroom, 1 bath casita has 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa-bed, 1 twin rollaway bed, RV/boat parking with hook-ups, outdoor seating, jacuzzi, fire pit & much more. The space This 1925, early 20th-century charm is a hidden gem on Needles’ Route 66. It is a little secret paradise you will fall in love with. Her imperfections make her perfectly rustic and vintage. As a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, small 570-square-foot home, I created an illusion of the space being larger than it is. Furniture, appliances, big and small touches, were all measured to fit this space perfectly. My intention was to create a cozy home-away-from-home experience with all the amenities needed for a relaxing, carefree stay. Guest access You have access to home, all outside property boundaries. The back storage garage is the only area our guests do not have access to. Other things to note Quiet, no side neighbors, home at the end of a culdesac. Right side parking has Rv electricity hook-ups and water if needed. Please let me know if you intend to use them.
