Located on the island of North Caicos, Turtle Cove sits on 2 acres of waterfront property overlooking the famous Bottle Creek Lagoon featuring World Class Bonefishing Flats right out your back door. The Villa is centrally located on an Iron shore crystal clear water beach, but has white sand beaches nearby. Whether lounging on the expansive deck overlooking the lagoon, or exploring nearby beaches and attractions, Turtle Cove provides a comfortable and secluded base for all your excursions The space Turtle Cove has a large open living room with 4 large glass doors providing access to the expansive elevated deck overlooking the property and Bottle Creek Lagoon. The open floor plan encourages socializing with family and friends while providing spaces for seclusion and relaxation. The large Great room offers vaulted 18 foot ceilings and cozy seating in front of a 70" flatscreen smart TV with unlimited streaming and internet! The Family room flows into the dining area and kitchen, making the space ideal for entertaining larger groups. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the Master having a King bed and water views. A junior suite is located on the other end of the house having a Queen bed, and both rooms conveniently enjoying ensuite baths. The third and smaller of the three bedrooms has a queen along with 3 bunks that provides space for a third couple or teens and kids. A third full bath is located right outside the door in the hallway. 3500 square feet Air Conditioned $175 cleaning fee Fully equipped kitchen with views of the water and property. Other things to note While North Cacios is the largest of all of the islands in TCI, it is considered an "out Island" only accessible via a 20 to 25 min ferry ride from the tip of Provo. The dock from where the ferry leaves requires a 15 minute car ride from Provo Airport. A passenger ferry travels from Provo to North several times a day. With the last ferry leaving a 5:00PM in peak season. Restaurants and night life is limited on North since it only has around 2500 permanent residents. However there are several dining options up until 9- 10PM. Also please make sure you rent a car when on island. While taxi services are available, if you truly want to see all the beaches and explore the wonders the Island has to offer, a car is needed.
