Our beautifully renovated, spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with pool is minutes from the Lake, Windsor Launch Ramp, The London Bridge, restaurants, shopping and more! The open floor plan is perfect for families. ~50’ of boat parking in the front of the home A contract, photo ID, and deposit will be required upon booking. 1 Pet allowed, see additional house rules. The space Living/Dining/ Kitchen: upon entering, you will notice the open plan and vaulted ceilings which extends the living room to the dining and kitchen. The large kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops with stainless steel appliances. Bedroom 1: the Master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, king bed, ceiling fan, walk in shower, tub, dual sink vanity, large walk in closet. Bedroom 2: features a queen bed, ceiling fan, large closet, direct access to the hall restroom with shower/tub. Bedroom 3: features a twin over full bunk bed and a futon which folds into a bed. The on suite bathroom provides direct access the to pool. Patio/ Pool: as the house faces west, the patio and pool areas are shaded in the afternoon providing the perfect place to relax after a nice day on the lake. The patio provides seating for lounging and dining. Propane bbq is available for use. Tons of room in the pool for all to enjoy. *please note the pool is not heated. *Garage access is not available Guest access Entire home excluding garage. Garage access is not available. Other things to note Paradise in Havasu – Important House & Booking Rules By booking this property, you agree to the following terms in addition to the standard Airbnb rules: Occupancy & Use Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. All guests 18+ must provide a valid photo ID prior to check-in. No parties or events. Maximum of 8 guests total. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Property Access Owner or service providers (pool, landscaping, pest control) may access exterior areas of the property as needed during daylight hours. Owner may access the garage from an outside entrance with at least 12 hours’ written notice (except emergencies). The garage is not included in guest use. Pets 1 pet maximum with a $95 fee (must be approved and disclosed before booking). Pets may not be left unattended or on furniture and you must clean up after them. Utilities Utilities (electricity, water, internet, trash) are included for stays under 28 nights. For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity and other utilities may be billed monthly based on actual usage. A $500 refundable utilities deposit may apply. Noise & Citations Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. City noise and occupancy laws are strictly enforced—violations may result in fines, eviction, and loss of rent. Cleaning & Condition Please leave the home in good condition: load the dishwasher, remove trash, and return furniture to its original place. Extra cleaning or damage may result in additional charges. Liability & Safety Use of the pool and property amenities is at your own risk. No smoking inside the home or within 25 feet of the property line. Guest agrees to hold Owner harmless for injuries or losses occurring on the property. Long-Term or Employer Bookings If booked by a company, the booking guest remains fully responsible for all occupants and any damages. Extended-stay guests may have monthly inspections and mid-term cleanings to ensure proper upkeep.
