POOL HEATING >$150/day to heat the pool (full stay required) >It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice >Spa heating included in booking amount >If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating >If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file) CAMERAS *In place for safety, security, and liability reasons.
