Located in central St. Simons Island and just a few miles from the beach, you can easily hop on the bike path and ride to historical landmarks, shops and restaurants. Nestled in a in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home has everything you need for the perfect St. Simons retreat. The home features three bedrooms, a private office, and five full baths. Climb the stairs to the main entry and enjoy the open floor plan. Here guest will find the designer kitchen with lots of storage and counter space, perfect for dining in. The dining table seats eight with the bar offering additional seating for four. The vast living area has comfortable seating and the gas fireplace will provide a cozy atmosphere during the chilly months. Step out onto the patio and enjoy the plentiful outdoor livings space. Also on the main floor, guests will find the master bedroom with en suite bath and direct access to the patio. The private office offers a pull-out sofa and flat screen TV, perfect for the kids. The third floor features a second master with en suite bath and the final bedroom boasts two queen beds with en suite bath. Take the stairs down to the ground floor for fun, family entertainment. In the bonus room, guests can play a lively game of ping pong or step outside to enjoy the large pool. The pool can be heated for a $75 per day charge with a 3 day minimum. The pool area and back lawn area are gated to accommodate your furry friends. Also, on this floor is the huge mud room, bathroom, perfect for washing off muddy feet and paws. 2 Dogs are permitted at this home, with a $200 non refundable pet fee.
