Water Front Home in Paradise Cove on the Island Welcome to Paradise Cove on the shores of Lake Havasu with access to a semi-private, soft sandy beach via a few steps from this lake front bungalow. Bring all your water toys and enjoy the day on the beach or out on the beautiful lake. Park your boat in the semi private cove or rent a slip of $40 a day (may be higher on Holidays) (max boat size is 26'). 1 dog under 50lbs is welcomed. This place offers it all. Quiet, Tranquil and Perfect! The space Master bedroom offers a cool-gel king mattress, lot of dresser drawers, closet and TV Second bedroom offers queen over queen bunk beds, (only small kids allowed on top bunk due to low ceiling height) ensuite newer modern bathroom and slider door leading to back balcony living room offers a queen pull-out mattress bed balcony offers fire pit, BBQ, TV, lots of patio furniture and direct steps to the lake Guest access Guests must check-in at the resort office. If you check-in past 4:00pm, the guards at the gate will have all your check-in information. Guests have full house access with parking in carport and left side of carport. Do not park to the right of the front porch. When facing the home, the front door is located to the right of the house. This is where you will find the lockbox with the key to the house. You can park your boat trailer in the carport or to the left of the carport if it fits and doesn’t stick out onto the road. Other things to note Rental included 6 person gas golf cart (must be 16 years old to drive the golf cart and resort rules must be followed and golf cart is for use in the resort only) and shed of beach items ( chairs, easy-up, blow up floats).
