Cute historic hill top cottage with sea views. Comfortable one bedroom home with everything you need. Short walk into the charming settlement of Tarpum Bay for groceries, fresh fish from the dock, restaurants or swimming in the blue waters of the Bight of Eleuthera. Former home and studio of Eleuthera’s well known artist Mal Flanders. Come and experience real island living. A few steps lead up to a covered porch that faces a very quiet road access. Front door entrance opens up to the kitchen to the left and bathroom to the right. Rounded arches separate to the living/dining area. The door to the right will lead to the bedroom. Off the living room are French doors leading to outdoor patio with the main seating views. Full use of the property. There is a locked studio building which belongs to the property currently used for private storage. Please reach out to us directly via website or our phone number. For emergencies please contact our housekeeper/manager Cora Morely. She is available on her phone
