If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights. Please Note: The pool is closed between early Oct and late April. There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing their pup. Trailers and boats are not allowed to be parked on this property per the condo association. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Guest access Electronic door lock - easy entry. Other things to note For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $175 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
