Nurse/Student/Medical housing

Only 1 mile to KRMC, perfect setting for travel nurses or students on clinical rotations! The space Two medical professionals searching for short term/temp roommate for our 1800sqft, 3bd/2ba home. we rent out both of the other bedrooms in our home to short term tenants. House is in a safe and quiet location with quick access to the highway and what local shopping exists in town :) Less than 5 minutes to KRMC main campus! I am a pharmacist currently over employed and my husband is in the local nursing program, both in our 30s. Home is clean and non smoking. We also have 2 rowdy but extremely friendly medium sized dogs. Driveway parking, house is off short gravel road. All utilities and internet included. Queen bed, will provide bedding, towels, hangers, and household essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We dont have TV service but do have prime and hulu you are welcome to use. Bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate who is also student, intern, travel nurse etc. Prefer student, intern, travel nurse, etc. Must be relatively clean and reasonably sane.
