This stunning large home has everything a traveling family needs for an amazing luxury vacation, nestled on a cul de sac in a safe upscale neighborhood. 10 min walking distance to 2 popular beaches and a (3rd) small private beach that is perfect for morning and evening walks where the sunset is spectacular. Take phone calls from the covered outdoor living space while you watch your kids swim in a beautiful pool. We recommend renting a car to travel to Grocery stores 10 minute drive. The space I suggest you rent a car because it's easier to get around. If you need rental suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We also have drivers we can refer to you. We have landscapers that come at least once a week and pool company twice a week. Garbage is located in front to right corner of property in the two blue bins, please make sure all garbage is put in those bins, the garbage is collected twice a week on Monday & Thursday mornings. Guest access It would be greatly appreciated if all guests would abide by the very clear house instructions! The cost of utilities is extraordinarily high in the Bahamas, so use freely when you are there, but please turn off all lights and fans when you leave to go out! This will allow me to maintain the great value price on the property! And remember, as many guests have had trouble so far (even though clear instructions are on the House Rules. We will send a door code to the side door access. Other things to note There is NO SMOKING in the house. A $500 deposit has been collected, and if the house is okay, it will be fully returned. If there is any smoking in the house, we will keep the deposit. Also, the grill in the back must be cleaned after every use and before checking out. You can do this by leaving the gas on after you grill and brushing the grills off. After they have cooled, please make sure the cover is on before checking out.
