Downstairs is a half bath at entry, fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 and comfortable family room (TV) leading to the fenced in courtyard, with a gas grill, outdoor shower and hot tub as an added bonus. Hot tub is new in 2021. Guest Access: Guest have access to the right side Sunny Dayz, Unit A. Parking for 2 cars. We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
