Trailered Boat parking available on a first come first serve basis located between the 2 complexes. Guest access PARKING: A single covered assigned parking space is located on the south side of the Xanadu complex on the corner of Smoketree Ave and Lake Havasu Ave. south. Trailered Boat parking available on a first come first serve basis located between the two complex's. UNIT LOCATION: The unit is located on the 3rd floor. There are two ways to get to the unit. 1. Elevator located by walking from the assigned parking spot thru the open hallway, walk past the big fountain and make two lefts. 2. Stair well at the front/ south corner of the building. Door lock: Access the unit with a physical key that is located in an exterior lockbox. The lockbox is located on the outer front door frame. A combination to unlock the lockbox will be sent to you 1 hour prior to you scheduled reservation date and time. The combination is changed after every reservation for your security.
