Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the villa, including the dock and canal. Other things to note Included: Property Manager, on-site personal concierge, and a mid-week clean for stays of 7 nights or more. Extra cost (advance notice may be required): Private chef, villa pre-stocking, airport transfer, activities and excursions. Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
