A dip in the infinity pool at Beachwood provides hours of swimming pleasure in a magnificent world where sky and ocean are matched in horizon viewing harmony. The royal blue and white décor of Beachwood signals a Cape Cod motif situated along this family island shore. Beachwood offers a classically casual vacation experience; its two-bedroom guesthouse makes it tempting to invite more friends. The Villa boasts an expansive oceanside patio with a heated infinity pool, lounge area, and dining area, giving you magical views of the turquoise waters of Exuma. The Villa also has an additional oceanfront cabin so you accommodate more guests, or choose to wake up with a stunning oceanfront view. This area is known for some of the most incredible sand bars and beaches in the Bahamas. Take your party in our kayaks to explore the sand bars and wildlife as you'll be a 15- minute kayak ride away from Moriah Cay/Harbour and the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Moriah Harbour remain calm. Bring a picnic and park the kayaks on a sand bar to enjoy endless stretches of sandbars that emerge at low tide. Nearby Beaches: Although you are already situated on a semi-private beach, there are many other amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Tropic of Cancer Beach, Forbes Hill Beach and Pretty Molly Bay. These beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. Nearby Restaurants: Famous restaurants in Exuma such as Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blu on the Water, are all within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. First time hearing about Exuma?
