We are located on an award-winning PGA golf course in a private gated community, overlooking the beautiful turquoise water of Exuma. The Villa can accomodate up to 16 guests. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, so there is enough space and privacy for everyone. The large main level living space opens up to a large infinity pool with a wading area with water loungers. There is also a covered patio featuring an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and dining area for all your entertaining needs. The outdoor area features an outdoor shower and an extra restroom. Inside, the large main living area opens up to the gourmet kitchen that features high-end appliances. In this main level space, there are many areas to socialize, dine, have drinks, and also watch your favorite shows and movies on the 70" Smart TV. There is also a 55" Smart TV in every bedroom as well.
