The home is family-friendly and well-equipped, providing a welcoming haven in Turks & Caicos. Between outings and trips to the beach, you can relax in the shaded whirlpool spa and enjoy dining al fresco with amazing views. For quality downtime at home, the sitting area features an amazingly comfortable sofa facing a Smart TV with cable and Amazon Prime Video. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has it all, even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to enjoying your vacation. As an added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the home. Other things to note The house is not directly on the beach, but it’s situated by a stunning waterfront lagoon. This serene lagoon is ideal for enjoying picnics with your feet in the water and offers a great spot for swimming too. There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee. For stays of 7 nights or more, a midweek cleaning is required for a fee. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. We kindly ask all guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - No pets or any other kind of animal is allowed on the property. The owner is severely allergic to animal hair and fur.
