The features of this 600 sq ft | 56 sqm space: - LIVING ROOM with a bit of ocean view, a cozy sofa that opens to a sofa bed for flexible sleep space if needed, and a Smart TV w/Netflix for relaxing downtime moments at home. - A “small but mighty” KITCHENETTE for preparing simple meals at home! Features a gas oven/stove, microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and a one-cup Keurig coffee machine. - DINING ROOM and table to comfortably seat 4 for relaxing sit-down meals at home. Also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace in the event you need to log in some remote work time. - 1 OCEANVIEW BEDROOM and 1 full BATHROOM to accommodate 2 guests as such: BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed with a stunning ocean view & private terrace COMMON AREA: 1 Single sofa bed for flexible sleep space - You’ll have a WASHING MACHINE and DRYER, an iron and an ironing board at the home for added convenience. - You’ll have 1 PARKING SPOT for your vehicle in front of the property. Also, additional parking for free on the road in front. And last but not least, there’s a fabulous OCEANFRONT SWIMMING POOL to enjoy a refreshing dip anytime. (shared with the other rentals in the villa when occupied) Located on the same side of Providenciales as Long Bay Beach and just across the highway from the famous Grace Bay and Grace Bay Beach. There's always something for everyone. The adventure-seeker can go kitesurfing. The water lover can swim, stand-up paddleboard, or kayak. The spa-goer can go for an “island experience” massage. For the foodie, Providenciales (“Provo” for short) features an incredible range of restaurants and beach shacks to suit every taste. And if golf is your thing, there’s an award-winning championship golf course in Provo, complete with wild flamingos. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the side wing (“casita”) of the home. The pool and sun deck are shared with the other renters in the villa. Other things to note Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach/pool & bath towels are provided free during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like a cleaning, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can set it up for you. Please note that all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, cooking oils, boxed food, etc., prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you’ll need to purchase what you need. We provide some home/bath essentials upon arrival to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. There are surveillance cameras on the property’s exterior for guest safety and security only. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
