Comfortable, well maintained downstairs 2/2. Easy access, view of lake from patio. Unit does have a sleeper sofa too. Large TV's in LR and both bedrooms. The space Downstairs unit on large park, centrally located in complex, easy walk to both pools and lake. Best location on the island because we are affordable, very family friendly, have well maintained pools, stocked lake and a playground.
