A 2-Storey Residential-Beachfront property w/ 4 bedrooms, with private pool and spectacular view of sunset and West Philippine Sea. Get to experience your very own home away from home! The space THE SPACE • 2-Storey fully furnished property • Spacious living and dining area • Spacious kitchen • Powder room • 3 Bedrooms with Queen size-bed, with pull-out matress, T&B, heater, bidet and air conditioning. For 12 pax only. • 1 Bedroom with Full size-bed, matress, T&B, heater, bidet and air conditioning. In excess of 12 pax. • Entertainment room with TV, Sofa bed, T&B, heater, bidet and air conditioning • Balconies overlooking the pool & beach • Lanai with 6 seater coffee table overlooking the pool & beach • PWD accessible (entrance/exit ramps, 1st bedroom t&b grab rail, & wide openings for wheelchair access) • FREE parking ( Car Port for 2 vehicles) extra vehicles can park outside the house Guest access NOTE: ONLY TOTAL DECLARED and PAYED pax through your official booking will be allowed to enter. For Extra heads Entrance Fee of 1,500 pesos/ One Thousand five Hundred Pesos Only Per Extra Guest/Night 8000 pesos Security/ Damage Deposit (The security deposit will be refunded, less any charges to your bank account after your stay. Dents/Damages to the house, fixture, loss utensils and other property and sand in the swimming pool filter, Detected smoking inside the house, sneaking extra guests/pets without payment/ permission, opening locked/ cabled tied cabinets/ doors and using items which are inside it without any permission, any damages and any violation under this policy during your stay will be deducted in the deposit or be charged equal to the price of the item or costs of any repairs, replacements, redecorating, and or refurnishing of the premises. Any damages or security charges related to the inappropriate behavior of an event guest, caterers, or performer etc. will also be charged to the Client (booker). We will submit these info to the village Manager who would endorse to the guards at the entrance gate to expect your arrival. (Unlisted names, and car details will not be allowed to enter the village entrance gate.) Our Holiday rate is the same as the weekend rate except Christmas, New Year and Holy Week and where rates are a bit higher and with minimum of 2 nights stay. DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible in case there will be water or power /electricity disruption in the unit because these are beyond our control, thus, we will not refund your payment for this reason. We will coordinate with the village admins on what time it will be restored back and update our guests. Please take care of your valuables. Management will not be held accountable for any loses or any damage of your belongings and accidents/injuries or any unforeseen events during your stay. We are not responsible for any loss or any accidents during your stay . Pls mind your valuables and close the doors when leaving. Pls also take extra care of your children and watch them carefully specially when they are swimming. Swimming and other activities are entirely at the guests' own risk. The owners/management or caretaker of the house shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while in the premises. The owners/management or caretaker of the house shall not be liable for any unforseen event or issue beyond their control, that may cause delay or access to the house and amenities or/and interruptions to service utilities. - Bettys Place is not a resort. You are our guests in Bettys Place, kindly respect other homeowner's property, privacy and be mindful of the village's family- oriented community.
