The space Enjoy a contemporary 60-m² apartment with a well-thought-out layout, designed to provide a comfortable, functional, and stylish stay. The décor combines minimalist lines with subtle Mexican touches that bring warmth and character to the space. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom. From here, you can access a balcony with a table and chair, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view of the skyscrapers on Paseo de la Reforma. The second bedroom is designed as a home office space. It has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light and several plants that create a quiet and pleasant atmosphere for working or reading. The living room features a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, a Smart TV with Roku, and a dining area for four people. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, water filter, and basic cooking utensils. The apartment also has a second full bathroom and a laundry area with a washer/dryer* and a sink for hand washing. The recently built building (2019) has a lobby with 24-hour surveillance, a yoga room (subject to availability), and a bicycle parking area. No car parking available. The apartment is on the fifth floor, with an elevator. To access the lobby, you need to go up a few steps. Bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, and body lotion are provided for your comfort during your stay. Access is via self check-in/check-out, offering complete flexibility with schedules. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. The rate is for one or two adults. A third person is charged an additional $250.00 MXN per night.
