Together we traveled the world and experienced more adventures than I could ever count. Those years were undoubtedly the greatest of my life. This seaside sanctuary was inspired by those memories — a place of serenity, warmth, and soulful reflection. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space where guests can slow down, reconnect, and truly embrace the beauty of the present moment. ⸻ The Space~ Perfectly positioned oceanfront, the condo feels almost as if you are floating above the Caribbean Sea. Welcome to Peaches Pura Vida. 🌺🌴 Guest access The entire condo is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay! 🌺 Guests also have full access to the amenities of the condominium building including basketball courts, large pool with lounge pool area, expansive sun deck, bbq grills, private beach access, exercise equipment, and private cabanas. All gates and access points to amenities are open daily from 5AM to 10PM. Other things to note The condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating four adults. Additionally, the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed and can be dressed upon request, which would accommodate an additional two guests. We have a maximum of six guests per stay. Regardless of number of guests, if you will require ANY additional bedding requirements, outside of the two beds/bedrooms, ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED. We want to ensure everything is properly and perfectly prepared upon your arrival in order to provide you a worry free stay & vacay! Please Note! Puerto Rico, while incredibly beautiful, does experience ongoing infrastructure challenges. Due to these limitations, occasional power outages, water interruptions, and other utility disruptions can occur. Additionally, as a Caribbean island, Puerto Rico is subject to seasonal storms and hurricanes. Your host is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or damages resulting from acts of god, nature or infrastructure-related issues, including those affecting the local power grid. As an experienced traveler who typically opts out of travel insurance, I strongly recommend purchasing it when visiting Puerto Rico. This small investment can provide full peace of mind, offering coverage for your trip should you experience unexpected events such as a day without power. Many airlines offer it as a simple add-on during booking—well worth considering when traveling to PR, DR, or the USVI. Puerto Rico Water Advisory Current Status (Updated July 10, 2026): As of July 10, 2026, Marbella del Caribe has been operating with normal water service, and there are currently no active water rationing schedules affecting the building. Marbella del Caribe’s condominium association has taken extensive measures to minimize disruptions for residents and guests. The building is privately funding approximately $50,000 per month in daily water truck deliveries to replenish its water reserves and maintain service. As a result, Marbella has remained one of the few properties proactively investing significant private resources to help ensure guest comfort during Puerto Rico’s ongoing water infrastructure challenges. While every effort is made to provide uninterrupted service, water availability throughout Puerto Rico is ultimately controlled by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) and other public utilities. Temporary service interruptions, infrastructure repairs, water pressure fluctuations, or government-imposed conservation measures may occasionally occur and are entirely outside the control of the property owner or host. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that island-wide utility issues are an inherent risk when traveling to Puerto Rico. Such events are considered circumstances beyond the host’s control and do not constitute a failure to provide the accommodation as advertised. Accordingly, refunds or compensation will not be provided for interruptions, restrictions, or service impacts resulting from municipal water shortages, infrastructure failures, government rationing, utility maintenance, or other events outside the host’s control. The host remains committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay and will continue to communicate any significant developments that may affect guests.
