The space PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SPACE CAREFULLY: The Chico de Sá inn, established in 2014 in Pirenópolis, offers a basic, simple and comfortable lodging proposal. We offer 5 independent and private suites, each with its own bathroom. Guests rent an entire room in the inn, we do not work with shared rooms. All suites are spacious and airy, accommodating 2 to 4 people, with double bed or twin bed options. Equipped with air conditioning, TV and minibar, they guarantee comfort and privacy. Guests have access to a shared support kitchen, ideal for quick coffees and snacks, equipped with all the necessary utensils, requiring only groceries to be brought. Each suite has its own separate listing, so be sure to choose the one that suits your preferences. If you have any questions, we are available for clarification and information. IMPORTANT: We do not serve coffee or other meals, we ONLY work with basic lodging. Our values are economic and accessible, focused on offering bed and bath with comfort, quality and hygiene. Bed and bath linens, pillows, soaps, toilet paper and trash bags are provided. If necessary, bring blankets. We close the entire space for groups of up to 20 people, maintaining our commitment to cleanliness and comfort. The advertised rates are for 2 people per suite; to calculate the actual rate, add the number of occupants, as the rates are per night and number of people, not per room. Any question, let me know! Guest access Guests have free access to our space, with two keys handed over at the entrance: one from the garage and one from the bedroom, which will be collected only upon departure. There is no restricted check-in and check-out time, but it is necessary to keep the gate closed at all times for everyone's safety. Access to the shared kitchen and outdoor area is allowed until 10 p.m. The kitchen serves only as a support for quick snacks or coffee, and is not suitable for preparing long meals or barbecues. It is important not to make noise that disturbs other guests, as loud noise, crowding or any form of disturbance in the shared area is prohibited at any time. Get empathy, you're not alone in space! During the stay, we do not offer room service, but for stays longer than 3 nights, we can arrange a cleaning and change of garbage bags and towels. Room cleaning will only be carried out if previously arranged and if the keys are left for this purpose. During your stay We don't have a 24-hour front desk, but I greet guests in person, and when that's not possible, I have a very friendly assistant who hands over the room and garage keys. Guests are free to come and go as they please. I am present in the environment as much as possible, although I am not available at the inn all the time. We can resolve some issues via WhatsApp, and I am always willing to help with whatever is possible.
