This is a historic residence and the ancient home of the Rais, also used for tuna sighting and to signal the start of the Mattanza. Today, the house of the old Rais is completely renovated with standards and comforts of pure design that make it one of a kind. The space Casa Rais consists of two independent but connected housing units, which are rented together. By booking it, guests have exclusive access to both units, thus enjoying more spacious spaces and all the comforts of the property. Unit 1: annex on the rocks with kitchen, living room, bathroom and an elegant terrace. The strengths of the house are the large terrace overlooking the sea, enhanced by a glass structure that gives continuity to the outdoor space towards the sea, giving you the feeling of being able to touch it with your hand. Here your gaze will wander to the horizon where the sea meets the sky. The unit is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and outdoor BBQ. From this unit you can reach the sea by a rocky descent.
