The space 🛏️ The Suites – Comfort and Aconchego with Air Conditioning • Suite 1 – Equipped with a queen bed and a child-friendly sofa bed, this suite offers balcony with views of the garden and pool, closet and a generous bathroom with a window facing the mountains, ensuring comfort and elegance with a stunning view. • Suite 2 – This suite features a king size bed and window overlooking the mountains, providing a quiet and invigorating atmosphere. • Suite 3 – With a queen bed and a single bed, this suite is ideal for couples with children or groups. It also has a balcony with view to the garden and swimming pool. • Suite 4 – Ideal for children or groups of friends. This suite has four single beds, one sofa bed and another auxiliary bed. It also has a charming balcony with a view of the pool and garden. Note: when the auxiliary bed is used, it is in the way of the bathroom between the beds, as shown in photo. 🍽️ Leisure and Premium Structure The house has a complete covered gourmet area, ideal for moments of fraternization. Condominium Amenities The condominium offers a range of amenities, including a stunning waterfall, soccer field, playground and 24-hour concierge. The condo entrance is conveniently located just 30 meters from the beach. *Pet-Friendly* We love to welcome your pet! However, it is important to inform in advance the quantity and weight of the animals, as there is an additional fee that is charged per pet. We kindly ask you to read the rules to ensure a quiet stay for everyone. Additional Information Enxoval: The house does not offer bed and bath linens as an item included in the rental. However, it is possible to hire it for an additional fee of R$300.00 for up to 6 people or R$600.00 for up to 12 people. The fee covers sheets, pillowcases, pillows, keepings, and bath towel, delivered sanitized and ready for use. Loud Sound and parties are not allowed, as this is a condominium house with strict rules. Complaints and fines will be passed on and charged to guests. Fines for excess sound may exceed the amount of five condominium fees. Please take note of these standards. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and the condominium's common areas. Other things to note * PARTIES and LOUD SOUND ARE NOT ALLOWED - if there is a complaint for excessive noise, the condominium statute provides for a fine of FIVE CONDOMINIUM QUOTAS, which will be passed on to the guests.
