The space HOUSE WITH JARDIN-PRIVATE POOL EXCLUSIVE FAMILIES It is a spacious single-level family house, with a garden and a private solar heated pool. It has 2 reclining chairs, 2 umbrellas and an outdoor dining area. We have 3 bedrooms: the first with 2 single sofa beds, large closet and full bathroom. The second with a double bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with children's furniture, as well as a cardio treadmill, overlooking the pool. We have 2 floor mattresses available with pillows and blankets. Our place is highly recommended for families with kids. We have a living-dining room that has a large window overlooking the pool that allows you to spend enjoyable time with your family. Plus a 75”Smart TV and WiFi. Kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and basic utensils to prepare meals. At the entrance we have a fountain and decorative garden. We have a garage for 2 cars with electric gate. The property is located in a residential development near the Minerva area. It has nearby shopping centers such as La Gran Plaza, parks, and major roads making it easy to travel to different areas of the city.
