The space The house is located in the city center on Rua Nelson Leite da Costa, No. 230, which is a 3-minute walk from the Capitólio Mother Church. It is located in the region right in the center of the city where several shops are located. The house has 3 bedrooms that accommodate 8 people in beds: -Bedroom 1 (3 people): 1 double bed + 1 single bed -Bedroom 2 (3 people): 1 double bed + 1 single bed - Bedroom 3 (2 people): 1 single bunk bed The house has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, a covered garage for 3 cars with the possibility of storing other cars in the large backyard, and I have a small barbecue with a covered balcony in the back that would even allow you to have a barbecue or drink beer at the end of the day. For reservations with more than 8 guests, we have the 2 single sofa beds and an extra mattress. The house has Wi-Fi, a living room with TV, 2 portable fans, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, 6-seater table, and basic utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Large cemented backyard + covered balcony with table and small barbecue. Covered parking space for three cars. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire house and its yard. The house is not shared and will be at the disposal of guests during the rental period. Other things to note IMPORTANT TIP: Bring cash, as most tours and restaurants do not accept credit cards and there is only one Bradesco ATM in the city.
