It has a 43" Smart TV with cable channels, high-speed internet service with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two bedside tables, sconces, a wardrobe with sliding doors, a new split air-conditioning system and a blackout curtain. The bed and bath linens are super soft, clean and ready for use, we have availability to change them if necessary at an additional cost. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2-burner cooktop, electric oven, fridge with freezer (minibar), electric coffee maker, sandwich maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare and serve your meals. Guest access Guests will be required to submit full names and a photo ID number issued by their country's government in advance. Guests have access to all common areas of the building, such as the gym, swimming pool, and covered garage at no additional cost. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman for your safety. Other things to note We offer cleaning and change of bed and bath linens for stays longer than 7 nights. If a change of bed or bath linens is requested in less than 7 days, an extra fee will be charged.
