Kitchen & Dining Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and a dining table for six. Stocked with cookware, dishes, and a full coffee bar, it’s ready for family meals or quick snacks. Bedrooms Primary Suite: King-sized bed, walk-in closet, Roku TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, Roku TV. Third Bedroom: Bunk bed (great for kids or extra guests), walk-in closet, Roku TV. Additional Sleeping: Pull-out sofa in the living space for added flexibility. Bathrooms Ensuite: Spacious with double sinks and walk-in shower. Second Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with single vanity, accessible from common areas. Game Room Fun hangout space with a pool table, sofa, and another Roku TV. Practical Spaces Laundry room near the front door with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Two-car garage and driveway parking for your convenience. 🌴 Outdoor Spaces Pool & Hot Tub: Heated saltwater pool with a waterfall grotto, swim-up bar, and bubbling hot tub. Lanai: Screened-in area with outdoor dining, lounge seating, grill, and TV — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Backyard Fun: Ping pong, volleyball, putting green, hammock under the palms, and a cozy fire pit. Gym: Private outdoor gym with multifunctional equipment for a full workout. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access You’ll have the entire property all to yourself during your stay — no shared spaces. This includes the living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and game room. Outside, enjoy the private heated pool with waterfall grotto, hot tub, hammock, lanai with grill and outdoor TV, gym, and backyard games. You’ll also have use of the laundry room, garage, and driveway parking. Other things to note 📌 Other Things to Note Waiver & Agreement: Guests must sign a Waiver and Rental Agreement via DocuSign before check-in. Early check-in/Late check-out: We are always happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check out if possible. If available, early check-in up to 2 pm, and late check out up to 11 am would be at no charge. There is a $100 fee for early check in before 2 pm and later check out after 11 am, all if available. Pool & Waterfall: Heated pool use is included in your nightly rate. Windows and doors which access the pool area are equipped with alarms that go off every time the door or window is opened. If you have any questions about activation please let us know immediately. The waterfall can be scheduled once per day for up to 3 hours — let us know your preferred time and we’ll activate it remotely. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM for everyone’s comfort. Check-In: A team member will contact you at check-in to provide your unique access code. Security: Cameras are located on the driveway and in the backyard for safety. Air Conditioning: Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F to ensure efficient operation.
