The Little White House Farm in Morongo Valley

The renovated 1950's bungalow stands on a private corner with great views of San Jacinto Mountain. • Star gaze on the back porch while roasting marshmallows in the fire pit • Grill outside or cook a meal in our bright kitchenette • Collect freshly laid eggs from our chickens for breakfast Enjoy the desert your way from our home. The space Little White House is nestled in a private corner of our triple lot property. Our 5+ acre land is decorated with over 200 trees and plants. • RIGHT OUTSIDE: gazebo with small fire pit and three chairs, gas BBQ, metal patio table with umbrella and four chairs, stone patio table with umbrella and two benches, swing set, monkey bars and teeter-totter (fun for kids of ALL ages) Guests are entitled to access to the inside of LWH and only the RIGHT OUTSIDE areas listed above. For safety reasons, additional access to VERY NEARBY areas must be approved in advance, so I can guide you around the property. Thanks. • VERY NEARBY: sunken volleyball court, citrus grove, chicken coop, horse shoe game toss area, blue agave garden with crystal fountain, riding arena, and five large horse corals with shade (24 x 36) for those traveling with horses Please note that while we are happy to share a few eggs, lemons, grapefruits, and oranges grown here on the property... Guest access All of our Guests are entitled to the main Little White House interior (including kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom) and "Right Outside" areas: gazebo with small fire pit and three chairs, metal patio table with umbrella and four chairs, gas BBQ, stone table with umbrella and three chairs, swing set, monkey bars and teeter-totter. For safety reasons, the "Very Nearby" areas are considered semi-private belonging to the main residence. Please let us know if you'd like to access the "Very Nearby" areas as we'd like to guide you around them first. These areas are closer to the main residence. Thank you. Other things to note While Morongo Valley is a remote area off of the I-10, the town is designed like a rural suburb. Houses are built along a city planned grid, so there ARE homes across the street from Little White House. Morongo Valley is a quaint, small town with a HWY (62) running through it. We are 20 minutes away from the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa and the Outlets (Desert Premium and Cabazon). We are 30 minutes away from Palm Springs proper. We are 45 minutes away from Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Thank you.
