The Paterfamilias is a 2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 261bh! The Paterfamilias can sleep 6-8 people with room for 2 adults each in the queen bed and the double-size bunks, and a booth dinette that folds out to sleep one - two small children. This is a 31 foot trailer with a slide out making the living area more spacious! You will have a private bedroom with queen bed; bathroom with shower; reclining theatre seats; dinette table; full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop and small oven; smart TV; lots of storage and plugs and USB ports! YES - linens (towels, sheets for queen bed, pillows, & blankets), coffee pot, cookware, plates, bowls, eating and serving utensils are ALL a part of the package! We even include hotel soaps and bottled water, coffee and a few indoor and outdoor games! 1-RESERVE YOUR RV CAMPSITE (31ft trailer, 30 amp) This is a separate process and a separate fee paid to the campground.
