This apartment, with your own separate entrance, has plenty of room to sleep, relax & cook while you plan your next Colorado outing. Minutes to Empower Field, Downtown Denver, Elitch Gardens and Meow Wolf, and just a short drive to Boulder, Colorado Springs and all the nearby mountain towns. Don't wait to start your adventure. The space Bright and cozy garden level apartment with two separate bedrooms, large combined living and dining room, a separate laundry room, full kitchen and bathroom with Smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room *situated below the main house (where the owners live). The 1st bedroom is a King bed. The 2nd bedroom is a Queen bed. For a little nostalgia and fun, there's a vintage looking record player in the living room. Feel free to bring your favorite vinyl record or make use of the records I provide. Guest access All areas of the apartment are accessible to my guests via the stairs leading down from your own separate entrance in the back of the home. *We live above the apartment, so when we are here, we will be available to assist in any way that we can. Also, we do have a Goldendoodle who is very friendly with everyone he meets. Other things to note Please feel free to connect with us over any questions in advance. Also, we do have a sweet 35lb Goldendoodle named "Mojo," so you may see him, hear him barking or the pitter patter of his little feet on the floor above from time to time, but mostly he's very calm and quiet. If you hear him barking and it is bothersome, please do not hesitate to contact us. To note...the ceilings in the basement apartment are lower than your average ceiling height. Ceiling height is 6’8” and slightly lower in some areas where the air ducts are placed. Please use caution and note caution tape on the ceiling above the stairs so that you watch your head going down the stairs (stair ceiling height is 5’8” in one place and 6’ in one place).
