Bright, large and private room with lock located close to O'hare airport, Rosemont, USMLE (Step 2 CS) testing center, convention center, public transportation, highways, shopping and more. Free street parking is also available! The neighborhood is very safe and the apartment is within walking distance of several nearby food, shopping and public transportation options. The space - Private bedroom with a lock is located on the second floor of a two-story walk-up building. -In addition to the shared full bathroom, you will also have access to a half bath that will have additional dedicated space for you. - You will have access to all shared spaces including the kitchen, dining area and living room. - Kitchen includes utensils, dishes, cups, pots, pans, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. Guest access Apartment is located on the second (top) floor of a 2-story walk-up building. The guest bedroom is located directly next to the kitchen and includes a door lock for additional privacy. Guest will have access to the shared spaces which include the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms. There are two other bedrooms in the apartment that a guest will not be able to access. -Please remember you are renting a room, not the entire apartment. -Free parking is available on the street (please do not park in the driveway). Please check the nearest street signs for any possible parking restrictions for street sweeping (usually Monday & Tuesday morning depending on exact parking location). -Laundry is also available in the basement - first door on the right. Washer and Dryer are $1.00 each. During your stay I am always accessible via phone/text. I love to meet new people and am happy to chat and socialize with you as much or a little as you like during your visit. I work during the day, but am usually around in the evenings. My schedule will vary during the weekends, but I will make sure to communicate my plans in advance.
