The majority of homes in our mountain climate do not have AC as it is rarely necessary. Fans are provided in bedroom closets or available upon request. Please do not use the spa after 9:00pm or before 8:00am because you may be subject up to a $1000 fine from the new Placer County vacation rental ordinance. Noise carries more than most guests expect and there are primary resident neighbors who need to work in the morning. Neglectful treatment of the hot tub by the guest and may result in an extra charge. All guests must shower before entering the hot tub.
