Perfectly located, it is a 10-minute walk from Lake Starnberg and 15 minutes from Tutzing Station. The optimal starting point for diverse activities in Munich, the fantastic 5 lake land and the mountains. The 2-room apartment with its own entrance is located in a modern architect's house in a quiet and green residential area of Tutzing. Special emphasis has been placed on organic building materials, an automatic ventilation system and healthy room colors from the company Keim. An open, modernly furnished living room with glass front, open kitchen and dining area for up to 4 people and a fantastic view of the garden welcomes you. The cozy sofa with sleeping function (190 x 145 cm) invites you to read, relax or watch TV via smart TV. The bedroom can be separated from the living space by a sliding door. We care a lot about top-notch sleep. That's why a queen-size box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you in the adjoining bedroom, naturally equipped with high quality linens and a hotel-level pillow selection. In the spacious feel-good bathroom with a bathtub, floor-level shower, fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries, you can start an eventful day. The terrace with cozy teak furniture and sun loungers invites for a laid back breakfast with delicious cafe from your own Nespresso coffee machine. In the fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, you will also find a dishwasher incl. Tabs, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and everything you need to cook delicious. We provide a basic set of spices, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. For the first day you will find a starter set with mineral water, wine, coffee capsules, tea and snacks. In addition, a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and storage space for suitcases, ski and hiking equipment is available in the basement.
