Perfectly located, it is just a 10-minute walk from Lake Starnberg and 15 minutes from Tutzing railway station. The ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in Munich, the beautiful 5 lake district and the mountains. The 2-room flat with its own entrance is located in a modern architect's house in a quiet and green residential area of Tutzing. Special emphasis was placed on organic building materials, an automatic ventilation system and healthy room colours from Keim. You are greeted by an open, modern living room with a glass front, open-plan kitchen and dining area for up to 4 people and a fantastic view of the garden. The cosy sofa with sleeping function (190 x 145 cm) invites you to read, relax or watch TV via Smart TV. The livingroom can be separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. We attach great importance to first-class sleep. That's why a queen-size box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you in the adjoining bedroom, naturally equipped with high-quality bed linen and a selection of hotel-quality pillows. In the spacious feel-good bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, fluffy towels and high-quality care products, you can start an eventful day. The terrace with cosy teak furniture and deckchairs invites you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast with delicious coffee from your own Nespresso coffee machine. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher incl. tabs, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook delicious meals.
