Due to permit/advertising limitations, we are not able to market it as a 4-bedroom property. However, there is an additional private room used for sleeping that includes a Queen bed—helpful for groups who want a little extra flexibility. Payments If booked more than 30 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking. Airbnb Strict 60-Day Cancellation Policy Cancel 61+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the nightly rate + full cleaning fee (Airbnb service fee is non-refundable). Last-Minute Booking Verification For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
