This 5Br/3.5B luxury waterfront home features over 3,000 square feet and is ready for your large family getaway. Sitting lake side on a deep slough of Lake Bridgeport, this home offers great water views from two decks, quick access to the water, a shaded tree covered lot, and ample space. The space Our home has an open living area with a stone fireplace and comfortable seating for your group to gather. The dining room will seat 8 people, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. Or, take your meal outside to one of two patios, both hosting fabulous views of Lake Bridgeport. We also have a open kitchen with quartz countertops, all new appliances and everything you need to fix and serve meals for your group. The house also boasts a fabulous entertainment room with pool table and other gaming, as well as entertainment center with 75" TV and surround sound system. The home sleeps a total of 12 people. To keep base rental rates as low as possible, we charge $25 per guest per night for each guest exceeding 8 people. This helps us cover the additional wear and tear that occurs with big families. Downstairs, one bedroom hosts a full bed, another bedroom has a Twin over King bunkbed and an en suite half bath. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a stand up shower. The third bedroom downstairs is a bunkroom located at the back of the gameroom with 2 sets of twin bunkbeds. On the mezzanine, is a Queen guest room with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the gameroom and an extra fold out twin XL mattress in the Guestroom 2 closet, which can be placed wherever you need to accommodate a single sleeper. The master suite upstairs has a King size bed, flat screen TV, and a large en suite bathroom with shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Master suite guests will also enjoy their own private sun room/ coffee station leading out onto a deck with fabulous sunset and lake views. On the exterior, we have a fire pit and a large charcoal grill. Lake access is available via stone steps down the hill to our private dock. Our dock is a 12x16 swim platform with mooring hooks for tying up your boat. There is also a public boat launch one mile from the house. Our home is stocked with everything you will need. We have linens, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and basic spices. We also have 2 Keurig machines, one being a Keurig duo so you can fix a pot of coffee. You just bring the food, charcoal, drinks and enjoy. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home. We are a close family that has expanded over the years to include four spouses and Marsha's 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. When we get together, it is always a large event and we keep outgrowing our individual homes for family holidays, birthdays and whatever occasion we find to celebrate.
