Our beautiful vintage designated historic mansion (Hiram Newton Savage House built in 1910) has been renovated and converted into private entire full floor units for spaciousness, comfort, and to satisfy all modern business needs. There are 4 main rooms: master lavender bedroom with a dreamy queen size bed; a green sunroom / 2nd bedroom with a queen sofa bed, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and the main living room has a beautiful soft blue queen sofa bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. The space The space targets vacationers and business travelers alike. This is a great place for groups coming in for conventions as we are very close to the Convention Center! We have hosted many convention center travelers, providing convenience and comfort! Also extremely close to the airport which makes arrival & departure very smooth, especially for early, late, or long flights! Arrive to the house in minutes by uber or car. (only 3 miles away!). After reading this description, you may access the Craftsman Mansion Video Series for several short video tours of the house! For business travelers, we have the fastest Cox internet package, a Google wireless mesh network with excellent reception throughout, on-site parking, and all kitchen and bathroom amenities that you can expect from a high-end hotel. This vacation house and garden also features a huge yard, a large welcoming front porch with beautiful California plants including white jasmine, begonias, and fuscias, a side lawn with outdoor seating and bar-b-q grill, vibrant red Kangaroo Paw plants that are native to mediterranean climates, and private entrance to your full floor downstairs unit of this historic beautifully renovated mansion. There is a driveway to park multiple cars and we have selected rare and exotic blue hibiscus shrubs that line the driveway side of the property. We have set up our arrival check in time for 3pm or after, but we might be able to accommodate an earlier arrival, please ask. You may always drop off luggage early. Other things to note The back yard area still contains some construction equipment from the recent renovations. But the work is complete and this will not affect the guests. If you use the front door entrance, there is one flight of stairs to take you to the unit, however if you need to avoid stairs, we do have a back door entrance which is already at the lower level and you can walk right into the unit from the back door. There is one step in the master bedroom, but the other two rooms that have the sofa beds don't have any steps. There is 1 step in the kitchen, and 1 step in the bathroom.
