The primary suite features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and ocean views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a shower area, but each has a private toilet area, and the entire bathroom space can be made private for each bedroom via a pocket door. The fourth bedroom offers direct access to the courtyard and pool with a twin-size daybed and additional trundle. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. - All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
