Downtown Del Norte Spacious Apartment

The apartment is in a Historical building in downtown Del Norte, CO and is above a restaurant and office space. It is centrally located and in walking distance to local retail shops including a local microbrewery restaurant. It is just a short drive to Wolf Creek ski area and other local attractions, including hiking and biking. The space The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, a two burner cook top, microwave, small toaster oven, cooking ware, and plates. The bathroom has a shower only and is stocked with towels. The building does have a shared laundry facility free of charge to our guest. A total of 3 apartment have access to the laundry facility. Guest access There are stairs to climb to access the apartment. Other things to note Guest must be able to walk up and down stairs with hand rail. Security camera at hallway entrance only.
