This wonderful waterfront home is located just a few minutes from East Hampton Village in Historic Springs and features amazing water views from every room! The space This elegant rustic home was recently renovated, and is a special and unique home. Bright and sunny with high ceilings, there are windows from every room that look out towards the water. It was designed to showcase magnificent views of Accabonac Harbor, the pristine lands of Merrill Lake Sanctuary, Gerard Drive, Gardiner Bay and Louse Point. You walk into an open floor plan with a beautiful chef’s kitchen with a large island that features carrera marble countertops, two sinks, stainless steel appliances including a Wolf gas range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, etc. Soapstone counters and a large island with countertop seating afford plenty of room for kitchen prep and entertaining. There are three bedrooms that sleep up to eight (8) comfortably, offering two master bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The second master has a stone gas fireplace and walls of bookshelves and windows looking out to the water. There is another guest room with queen bed and water views. Finally, there is also another alcove with a twin XL daybed for an extra guest. The house features custom doors and cabinetry made from reclaimed barn wood and beams, and has radiant heated limestone floors, two fireplaces, an elevator right off the kitchen with access to either the driveway or the second living room and access to the water, and an outdoor covered patio with fireplace. Each level features its own living room, and the first floor also offers a separate kitchenette. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, dining, lounge chairs, and club chairs for relaxing waterside. All linens are provided, including beach towels, as well as two kayaks available for your use on our 200 feet of water frontage. There is high speed and reliable wireless internet, and each room/area has a Samsung Frame (Smart) TV with streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, etc as well as cable TV service.
