Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the home includes: • Full-size appliances inside the home • Dedicated workspace with desk for remote work, school, or study • Washer with eco-friendly ozone cleaning system (fragrance-free, detergent-free) • Comfortable seating and gathering areas The large open-concept living and dining area provides plenty of space for guests to relax, connect, and enjoy time together—ideal for families, work travel, relocation stays, or longer visits to San Antonio. House Guidelines • Registered guests only (no unauthorized visitors) • No events or parties • Up to 2 dogs (max 60 lbs each) with pre-approval – $20/night per dog • Pets must be crated when unattended and not allowed on beds/furniture • E-signed lease required prior to receiving door code • Exterior security cameras monitored (tampering results in immediate termination of stay) • Host not responsible for external neighborhood noise Perfect for family vacations, business travel, relocation stays, insurance housing, or longer visits near Randolph AFB. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of garage and a few locked storage closets and cabinets reserved for host supplies. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and to comply with our insurance and city regulations, only registered guests included in your reservation may be on the property. If you’d like to have additional visitors (including daytime or overnight guests), please reach out in advance so we can review and approve the request. For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests listed on the reservation may be on the property unless prior approval has been granted. • Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs (maximum 60 lbs each) with advance approval.
