The Cozy Narrows Place is a 450 sq. ft. private, 1-bedroom, 3/4 bathroom (remodeled 9/2025) completely separate guest suite. It has dedicated parking, kitchenette, and living area in the lower level of my split level home. The laundry is in the garage and shared with me as I live in upper level. WiFi is reliable & fast, neighborhood is quiet & safe. It is suitable for quick getaways or longer stays: automatic weekly and monthly discounts are applied. 2 small shih-tzu dogs also live upstairs The space The property is a split level home. I live upstairs and the air bnb is downstairs. The entrance for the air bnb is through garage/laundry area and my entrance is through the front door. Guest access The entire guest suite, laundry area, entrance through garage, front seating area in the yard and gravel parking are available for your use.
