The main level of the home has garage access, the front door, the laundry room area, a half bath, the kitchen, living room area, 2 dining areas and exit to the outdoor deck. The deck has stair access to the backyard. There is a large boat dock that can house a pontoon/v base boat. The boat house also has a swing and a second story deck. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There are two closets that are locked for owner use only. The boat dock houses two jet skis which guests do not have access to or the locked dock closet. Other things to note Upon entering the neighborhood there will be several signs stating NO STR's permitted in the neighborhood. Please note this STR has been grandfathered into a clause that allows us to operate.
