Our place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Wabasha offers kayak renting, gym, shopping, bowling, pontoon rental & skiing. The space Entire apartment is simply charming! Spacious deck. When we purchased this building, no one had lived up above in this apartment for nearly 40 years. We enjoyed fixing it up while maintaining that historic charm. In August of 2022 we were able to start renting it. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, enclosed porch and outdoor deck. Other things to note Beginning mid June 2024, Wabasha will start having construction on Pembroke Ave. New sewer and water is coming! Sidewalks will be in tact for the most part for being able to tour down town. There will still be access to our apartment as the construction company and city have been wonderful keeping business and tourism flowing during these times.
