Other things to note - The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is no elevator in the building. - The dining area is open-concept. - Air conditioning is available only in the living room; a portable cooler is used in the bedroom. - Due to ongoing construction in the neighboring building, noise may be experienced between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays. Work is not carried out on weekends, and we do our best to ensure your comfort during your stay. - The cleanliness of our linens and towels is our top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment and may be impossible to remove in some cases. If the stain cannot be removed, the product may need to be replaced, and you may be charged for this. We kindly ask that you treat these items with the same care you would your own. FINES AND FEES FOR VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A €100 fine will apply for any violation. - A €35 replacement fee applies for lost keys. - If keys are left in the door lock and locksmith assistance is required, a €60 service fee applies.
