Bright, cozy and spacious 4 room apartment can be configured as 3 bedrooms and a living room, or as 4 bedrooms if you need more bed space. Ideal for 3 to 4 people sharing comfortably. The space This fully updated apartment occupies the entire second floor of a two-story corner building located in the heart of the Sunset District near Golden Gate Park, UC San Francisco, and Ocean Beach. The unit has 4 rooms, one bathroom in the master suite, one bath in the hallway, both newly remodeled, one fully equipped kitchen with a small dinning table and four chairs. Beautiful large private deck has two recliner chairs and an outdoor table with four chairs, great for relaxation, sunbathing and cozy conversation! The deck is accessible through both bedrooms in the back. A brand new set of washer and dryer is in the hallway for easy in-suite laundry care. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large L-shape desk and a private bathroom. 2nd master bedroom has a California King bed and a 40 inch LED TV. 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and a 32 inch LED TV. All beds are topped with comfortable memory foam mattresses for maximum comfort! The shared bathroom is newly remodeled in 2017, comes with a large shower, and dual shower heads. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your full meals. WIFI internet, basic TV channels are available in each bedroom and living room. All utilities and water cost are included (significant in San Francisco). Guest access Guests need to take one flight of stairs to the second floor apartment. Entire floor is yours with complete privacy. Other things to note The building is on the N-Judah Muni line. Street car noise and vibration comes in regular intervals and can be loud if you keep the windows open. The Muni metro trains in San Francisco run between 5am and 1am. We installed triple-pane nose proof windows throughout the house, best kind I can find on the market. But just keep that in mind if you are a super light sleeper. This apartment does not have crib, tub, or high chair, so it might not be a good fit for family with young children.
