Garden Private Guest Suite, Bathroom & Entry

Charming garden guest suite with private entrance & private patio, located down the street from Henry Cowell State Park, Pasatiempo Golf Course & 6 miles from the 1440 Multiversity with great freeway access and only minutes from the beach and hiking. Suite includes private bathroom, hallway, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee, mini-split heating & air conditioning. Everyone of every race, ethnicity, religion, orientation, status is welcome. Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome too. The space We have beautiful gardens you can enjoy (along with our ducks who roam around). Our yard is completely fenced in & there's a smaller patio attached to your guest suit that any dog is sure to like. We just remodeled the guest bedroom with recessed lighting, crown molding & fresh paint. Guest access You'll have complete and sole access to the guest suite (bedroom, bathroom, hallway coffee/microwave area, washer/dryer) with parking in the front. Need to store something in our fridge? No problem. We try & plan our laundry around your stay, but in case of a laundry emergency, we'd ask that you let us know when would be a good time for us to use the washer/dryer. During your stay We love living in Santa Cruz & we're happy to help you with recommendation throughout your stay. There's close freeway access and San Jose is about a 30 minute drive, Monterey/Carmel is about 45 minutes & San Francisco is usually less than an hour & a half. We're Bay Area natives, so we're excited to share our experiences with you. And if you have dogs, we know the best dog-friendly restaurants, hikes & outings. We are experienced international travelers (who've stayed in Airbnb's abroad) & we enjoy people. Other things to note If you are bringing your dog, we ask that you not leave your dog unattended for your dog's maximum happiness. Pet-sitting may be available for an additional fee with advance notice. My bedroom is directly above the guest bedroom, so you may hear footsteps at night.
